3FLEX Water Temperature Control Unit Features:
- STRUCTURE: Structure with removable side-panels made of painted steel with castors
- HEATER: Heater controlled by solid-state relays (SSR)
- EXCHANGER: Plates
- PUMP: Low noise centrifugal pump (3FLEX-P) or magnetic drive peripheral pump (3FLEX-HP)
- TANK: Stainless steel open expansion tank, capacity 12 lt with automatic pressurization over 80°C
- 3-WAY VALVE: 3-way modulating valve on process side with antiscale function (optional on 3FLEX-P, standard on 3FLEX-HP)
- BY-PASS: Internal, hydraulic safety by-pass
- AIR DISCHARGE: Automatic with solenoid valve
- FILLING: Automatic, independent with solenoid valve
- CONTROL: PLC control system with 4.5″ touch screen panel and COOLDOWN SOFTWARE (automatic cooling cycle when the pump switches off)
- PLUS: Pressure transducers for the digital control of the flow rate and of the working pressure
- PLUS: Inverter pump (optional)
